We have standardized our recruitment process and with the updating of the data bank by feeding from time to time the requirements of the prospective employers. On receipt of applications from individuals either directly or in person or through post,we immediately check our data bank to see as to whether we can consider any of them for any employment.
Based on our scrutiny, we shortlist the candidates before calling anyone for an interview.To conduct the interview we have a qualified technical personnel and from out of the interviewed candidates we shortlist again and only if we are satisfied, we will be recommending such short listed persons to the prospective employers in abroad for further processing and action.
If the jobs are related to any technical category we will send the short listed candidates for a technical test and only the list of successful candidates will be forwarded to the employer for taking further action in the matter.
